South Indian superstar Samantha Ruth Prabhu married filmmaker Raj Nidimoru at the Ling Bhairavi Temple at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore in a quiet, spiritual ceremony. On Monday morning, December 1, 2025, only about 30 guests attended the ceremony, including close family and friends.

Keeping with the cultural and spiritual significance of the event, Samantha wore a red saree. This couple picked the Ling Bhairavi Temple because it's known for its intimate, yogic weddings that focus on inner connection instead of grand celebrations. Vivaha (marriage) rituals follow temple traditions, which are straightforward, centered around spiritual union, and are based on simple rites.

In 2022, Raj Nidimoru, co-director of the popular web series The Family Man, divorced Sshyamali De after more than 15 years of marriage. A rumor about his relationship with Samantha first circulated in early 2024, and in recent months, the actress has openly shared pictures of herself with him on social media, fueling rumors about her relationship with him as well.

In 2017, Samantha was married to actor Naga Chaitanya in a multi-day Hindu-Christian wedding in Goa, which blended both Hindu and Christian customs and traditions to make it a memorable event.
